Full-time Customer Project Consultant

This position is responsible for using Vovici’s survey products to provide customer insight to the executive team and other internal stakeholders, and for providing general support for the Customer Experience department. It is a multi-faceted role that includes creating surveys, analyzing customer data, writing reports, working with customers to schedule and coordinate training, and providing general departmental support. Duties include:


•Using Vovici's software, survey customers and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports.
•Analyzing customer data, looking for trends, and providing reports and recommendations to senior management on way to improve Vovici's customer experience.
•As part of Vovici's Customer Insight Team, driving cross-departmental projects aimed at improving the customer experience.
•Becoming a Vovici product expert, leveraging Vovici products to help advise internal customers on VoC best practices.
•Coordinate all training efforts and logistics between customers and corporate trainers for instructor led training from the time of sale to training completion.
•Register, administer, and support the registration of computer based training courses in Vovici's learning management system.
•Coordinate logistics for Vovici's monthly public training (PC maintenance, greeting customers, ordering food, disgribution of customer giveaways and training certificates).
•Provide general departmental support including processing of expense reports and travel scheduling.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s Degree in a Business related field.
