VOVICI – SENIOR PROJECT MANAGER – CONSULTING SERVICES
JOB DESCRIPTION
Vovici is seeking a Senior Project Manager to manage multiple strategic professional services engagements in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Analyze, plan, and manage projects from concept to roll out, with success measured on communications, meeting client objectives, delivery date attainment, and budget compliance.
The Senior Project Manager ensures customer satisfaction on professional services engagements through a wide spectrum of work-effort and activity. Responsibilities include:
· Define and document project requirements
· Determine milestones, plan schedules , track and report status
· Identify and manage project issues and risks
· Create communication and project plans for client engagements
· Coordinate consulting activity in the Consulting Services organization
· Provide thought leadership to the services delivery team
SKILL SET:
· Knowledge and experience with project management methodology
· Strong organizational skills and self-managing personality
· Project management certification (PMP or similar) preferred
· Verbal and written communication must be exceptional
· Proven ability to work independently and in teams
· Ability to communicate and build relationships with C-level and executives
· Technology-savvy; expert use of Microsoft office tools, especially MS Project
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Bachelor’s degree required, Graduate work preferred
· 6+ years working as a project manager with technology background, preferably within a software vendor environment
· Customer-facing experience is a prerequisite
· Strong communication skills, verbal and written
· Requires the proven ability to manage time while working on a variety of tasks
COMPENSATION:
