handyperson to help me clear my home Pack boxes etc

would like the help of two men to help me move things out of my house.  If you have a truck it would be very helpful and I pay extra for that.  If not it is not a problem U Haul on coast highway is also an option.move an adjustable bed to Oceanside and help me to put in a new mattress on the existing bed.

Also bag and box up items to go to DAV in Oceanside, etc.  Lots of Clearing in the garage as well.................

I am a senior lady and really need the help Other than the bed nothing is to heavy to pack for a move.
