Help moving

I'm an idiot and fell down a 10-ft ladder and broke my wrist.
Need help for my wife to load and unload boxes and some furniture onto and off a rental truck.
If you can drive the truck it's a plus.

Exact dates to be determined but in coming few days

Load - Bonsall (just east of Oceanside, right off Hwy 76)

Unload - Central San Diego around college area

You must have reliable transportation to get to and from the work site an dmust be absolutely reliable to show up on th eday we rent the truck.
