Needed LABOR and HANDY PERSONS
Phase One: To remove a whole bunch of JUNK -
Phase Two: To Clean, Repair. Modify, Paint -

All total,  there will be minimum 20-25 days work to be done.

All persons during Phase One will start at $15.00/Hr CASH
After Phase One, The pay will increase for ALL PERSONS to $20.00/Hr or more ( Depends upon skill level, tools etc )

But for now - ALL persons that show for the first day will be hired.
We need a LOT of help.
We will be starting, either WED or THUR May 4 or 5.
