Wallace Carmichael

Wallace Carmichael

I'm Wallace (Wally) Carmichael. Some call me Coach Wally or Top. I'm a Retired Army Medic of 25 years. I started my planning process about two years prior to retiring. But here's the thing, I've decided I'm unemployable, meaning, I don't want to have to work for someone else if I don't have to. So, the obvious solution was to start my own business, right?

Since I still had a full time job, I had to be able to manage the business part time and eventually match or exceed my active duty income so I could transition seamlessly. I also wanted to find a business model that required little or no need for employees, low overhead and low start up costs. And, in order to meet my ultimate goal, I was looking for a business that would allow me to spend more time with my family than I did managing the business. I only found one business model that would give me everything I was looking for.

Other than time with my boys and my beautiful wife, I spend a few hours a day bringing families back together through Health, Fitness and Personal Finances.

Making Money From Home Is Not A Game, Xbox One Partners with the Home Fitness and Home Business Industry"I just got a demo of the workouts that we're letting Xbox stream, and it's REALLY impressive. But what's MOST impressive is how it features Shakeology® (Beachbody core supplement product) in their promotional rotation, and how every person who buys the daily dose of dense nutrition through their platform gets assigned to one of our Team Beachbody Coaches. Yes. That's a free "live" lead for coaches who qualify. This will be a very interesting test as we work hard to innovate in...

WHY YOU WANT TO BE HEALTHY TO IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF GETTING HIRED Employers prefer hiring healthy employees. Companies pay close attention to the bottom line, which includes investing in their current and potential employees’ health. That being said; investing in your health can go a long way and may make a difference in you landing that job over the applicant that’s obviously in poor health. Why Companies see unhealthy employees as a risk... Unhealthy employees may slow progress and may even affect other coworkers. Often, unhealthy employees are out of the office because they are sick or just not feeling...

Tony Horton Launches P90X3 on Fox and Friends

"39 out of 40 of those in the P90X3 test group lost 1/3 of their body weight in just 30 minutes a day." Tony Horton Watch the latest video at There's no doubt you've heard of P90X. I'm here to tell you the results are real. I've done P90X myself but I did it to improve my strength and agility rather than lose weight. However, I personally know two people who have lost 230 and 250 pounds with P90X and the included meal plan. What I, and others, did not like about P90X is the length of the workouts....

Transitioning from any vocation after 25 years is tough. But transitioning from an organization like the Armed Forces has got to be one of the most difficult transitions. Sure, we all talk about how we can't wait to get out of the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines; but the truth is, there's a camaraderie in the Military that most will never understand. So, I decided, when I do make my transition, I will find a way to continue serving Service Members and their families. About two years ago, I was out of shape, lazy and getting over weight. So I decided...
