I have been a volunteer budget coach for over 20 years. I usually receive a call when people are laid off from a job and they need to survive this season of life. Unfortunately many times for the 50+ crowd this season doesn’t end. I have to say that never before have I seen more 50+ high quality men and women looking for work. To save money their company let them go. Yes it’s true our age group does cost more to employ than a 25 year old but we are worth it.
