A Navy SEAL On His Final Mission: Wounded Warrior Project

Posted by on September 20, 2011 in Uncategorized

Petty Officer 1st Class Christopher Campbell, a Navy SEAL, was an incredible man… who lost his life in the August 6th helicopter crash that took the lives of so many American service members.

We were incredibly honored and touched to learn that Chris’ final wish sought to continue serving his country by helping wounded warriors and veterans. Hand-written on Chris’ will was a note saying that if he died in combat, he wanted attention to focus on his wounded brothers and sisters, rather than himself.
Chris’ ultimate hope was that 100,000 individuals would donate to Wounded Warrior Project in his name. Chris’ family has taken up his mission, and are rallying the country to help make his dream come true as a testament to his memory. Please help them achieve his goal by donating today in Chris’ name, even if it’s just $1. http://bitly.com/qHQbqV

Hello, I'm Mark Baird and I founded Hire Patriots. My wife and I are 'helpers.' We are concerned about meeting the practical needs of our US veterans and their families. We began a job board for local residents to post chores that they need help with. It has been very successful. Thousands of local US Military and veterans partially or entirely support themselves from our website. We are looking for others near US Military bases who would also like to have a HirePatriots.com website for their location. Find more information about our military programs at PatrioticHearts.org. And please make a contribution of any kind. Thank you.
