HirePatriots grew in visitors by 40% last month. We now have 25 regional leaders and members. We are being touted in G.I. Jobs next month. Great new people and companies join our cause every week. And we are on some national or local media outlet every week. Today we speak again on national radio.
But best of all is the numbers of people being helped by our website. Right now, we know that 30,000 GIs and vets find jobs on our site every year. There are probably much more. But we are always driven to help more.
Our new member Jessica Bottrell, a realtor in San Diego, set up a booth at an event last week and met many Marines and sailors who have taken jobs and been helped. – This is the wind beneath our wings.
By God’s grace, HirePatriots has been built. He allowed Tori and me to have over $1,000,000 to spend on this endeavor through the sale of our house and property. We have spent it all. And He has made HirePatriots a nationwide phenomenon. And He keeps expanding our cause every day.
The Lord is building this house. And we believe that God will give us Peace or not to direct our steps.
This is not to say that we do not need to constantly evolve. – We are always looking for people who are wise and patriotic to work with us.
We need to do several things right now. But there are always things that need to be done and always will be. – And everything we need to do is within our ability. – We need to polish our 501c3. We need future website upgrades. We need to clarify our leadership and membership offers. And we need multiple regional membership directors and recruiters. – Progress is being made on all of these fronts.
There is a lot of work to do. And we are doing it. – We are moving quickly; but, safely and with prudence.
The HirePatriots Plan:
Ours is a simple plan. We grew explosively in site visits and media and awards and appreciation in the rural area of San Diego: North County. We have as many as 40,000 visits a month to that N. County HirePatriots website.
We are expanding by giving vet-owned businesses exclusive HP websites in their regions. If they follow the strategy and steps that we took in building HP so successfully, we are confident that they will also achieve the same results. And that it should help their business, while helping thousands of others, particularly GIs, vets and their families.
