CALLING ALL EMPLOYED VETERANS

I have updated this post because of a lack of response from veterans who now have steady employment and are better off than they were before they found and were helped by HirePatriots. We need your insights.

What is the one thing your employer can do today to help you manage your transition into the civilian workforce?

WHY THIS QUESTION!

We have uncovered a distressing statistic – most transitioning veterans go through at least three job changes in their first year following discharge from military service.

We are interested in hearing from veterans who have experienced multiple jobs in their first year after transitioning out of military service.

Why?  So that we can develop a best practices guide for employers that will help them update their business practices that would make you want to continue working in your current job?

We have intentionally not created a survey to meet our information collection needs because we do not want to limit your ability to communicate to us (and eventually employers nationwide) why you may be frustrated with your current job.
