US Military Maintenance is a program of Patriotic Hearts, a 501c3 charity, dedicated to assisting US military, veterans, and their spouses.
Our purpose is to create hundreds of V.O.B.s that employ thousands of US veterans. We provide everything you need to get started and to be successful. All we ask is to be reimbursed for our initial expenses. That way, we can continue to grow and help more veterans.
Few people realize how lucrative these businesses are. Here is a simple example: A 3000 sq. ft. business takes one hour to clean. It generally pays about $1700 a month to clean 5 days a week. – If you pay a person $12 an hour to clean it, you pay $240 a month for labor. (The supplies are provided by the business account.) You make $1460 a month from that one account. Go out and get 10 or 20 0f these. There are thousands in every city; you will be making $16k to $32K a month!
I have been working with veterans since 1970 when I owned a janitorial business near 3 US bases. I hired them exclusively. My business grew to be much larger than I wanted very quickly. I sold parts of it off to transitioning military members so that they could have an immediate income upon their transition. I continued building these businesses with veterans and then passing them off to them for 30 years.
Since 2004, I have been serving veterans with my own charity. My focus is always on getting them back on their feet financially. It is my full-time job and life’s purpose.
One year ago, I started US Military Maintenance. I have 15 veterans that have started since then. I have several superstars on the team. And I have several new members that sound like they have what it takes.
If a veteran follows my advice, I promise that they will succeed. There is also the mentoring of the other USMM owners that have gotten off to a great start.
I provide everything a veteran needs to start making money the very first week. I send you all, new equipment: everything you need to clean a building. I build you two websites, get you on the first page of Google so that people in your area know that you are in business, provide business cards, bid sheets, agreements, mentoring on how to make a bid and close a sale. I provide scripts, letters, letterheads, emails. And I even get my veterans on TV, radio, in the press, and speaking engagements at clubs, chambers, and business meetings.
I also help you to find month by month accounts and day by day work in your area. — It’s like being taught how to hit a baseball by Ted Williams. Do what I say and you will be major league player.
