Maintenance Job for US Vet in D.C.

POSITION DESCRIPTION: Maintenance Manager                                                                  

Position Title: Maintenance Manager (Full-Time) Monday to Friday

Report To: Maintenance Department Supervisor

Essential Duties:  The Manager is responsible for, but not limited to, the following duties: lighting, plumbing, small electrical appliance, window a/c service, snow removal, some masonry and painting, along with trash removal, when necessary.

Skill: A minimum of three years of general maintenance experience is required must have good communication skills and clean driving record.

Education: High school diploma or general education degree (GED) / Good skill in the use of hand and power tools

Location: Washington, DC
