HirePatriots’ mission is to create a nationwide employment safety net for US veterans. Towards this end, we are establishing HirePatriots chapters in cities across America. We are looking for US veteran and patriotic business owners to become our leaders.
The primary purpose of these chapters is to get jobs posted for your local US veterans on a customized HirePatriots website, blog and job board, which we provide. This site is connected to the social networks and has its own Facebook Fan Page. It is a cause marketing platform for the leader and for the ‘member businesses’ that join his chapter.
HirePatriots works with the leader and members to provide local and national media opportunities for those that choose to appear on TV and radio, as well as speaking engagements at community clubs and orgs. We will also train the leader and the members how to utilize their HirePatriots marketing platform and veteran outreach to its fullest potential.
One of the duties of members is to spread the word to their area’s businesses to post jobs. Community residents also post jobs when they need help around their homes or property: ‘Day Jobs.’
But these groups also provide 10 additional free programs to veterans through the covering of our 501c3 non-profit, Patriotic Hearts. We hold various fundraising events so that chapters can provide these: job fairs, golf tournaments, dinners, etc.
A HirePatriots leader in Colorado now has over 100 businesses and vet orgs attending his monthly meetings.
