• Assisted in running 2nd largest account (by volume) ACPI cabinets.

• Handling of all deliveries and returns for account.
• Scheduling pickup/deliveries with clients. Working closely with our client to establish a personal relationship between studio and XPO. Having input in new policies included in clients SOP. Going above and beyond for both our client and their customer.
• Training new personnel on receiving and delivery process. Responsible for daily input of metrics wanted by the customer regarding what inventory was on dock, what was scheduled and what needed to be scheduled. This being done within in time allocated in SOP, 24 hours for standard and 48 hours for White Glove, while some orders would provide little to no information regarding who the order was for.
• Handle all escalations presented by client and their customer
