Patriotic Hearts, a veteran charity, is very proud to announce the participation of Jason Safford, creator/author of “Green Your Mind” and Owner/Developer of The Green Kingdom, a micro-grid community development where people can live, work, and play independently.
Jason has dedicated his life to creating an awesome Green future for everyone. As owner/developer of The Green Kingdom, in Herkimer County, NY he has focused on creating sustainable impacts including hosting green concerts and festivals on the property. The venue has enjoyed performances by FURTHER, The Black Keys, moe. Grace Potter and many others in its magnificent natural amphitheatre, The Big Lawn. Patriotic Hearts and Jason Safford are in collaboration for festivals and events to be held at The Green Kingdom, which will bring greater awareness and support to veterans, starting in 2020.
Jason brings with him more than 25+ years of experience in Management, Real Estate, Business Development and Technical Design & Engineering. Before his entrepreneurial endeavors, Mr. Safford worked for MTV Networks. He was also involved in several Dot.com startups in the 1990s and early 2000s. His is the author of SUN, SAND & SALT: The collected writings from a Green Mind and THINK GREEN – The Future is Awesome.
