Searching for applicant looking for full-time position, excellent computer skills, good communication skills, knowledge of various maintenance tasks, coordination with all vendors scheduling maintenance & equipment repairs, purchasing of all supplies & various equipment, handles all vehicle servicing, deliveries & misc. errands, responsible for building upkeep, schedules all trash pickup & delivery, services most lighting, fire extinguisher & battery changes. 35-40 hour week + benefits.
