- 15% fee based on the first year base salary
- 90-day guarantee – if the placement leaves by their own accord we will reimburse the client based on the following schedule
ofirst 30 days – 100% refund
o31 to 60 days – 50% refund
o61 to 90 days – 75% refund
- No poaching – we will not take one of our clients veterans from their job and place them with another client
- Contingent Search – no fee is due unless we successfully fill the open position
