What You'll DoThe Leasing Agent serves as the friendly face of the community and plays an important role in helping prospective residents find their new home. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, has a sales mindset, and takes pride in providing excellent customer service. Your responsibilities will include:

Greet prospective and current residents in a friendly and professional mannerConduct apartment and community tours with prospective residentsRespond to leasing inquiries by phone, email, online leads, and in personFollow up daily with prospective residents and assist them throughout the leasing processBuild rapport with prospects and help convert leads into new residentsProvide information regarding apartment availability, pricing, amenities, and community featuresPrepare leasing documents, applications, and other required paperworkCollect applicable deposits, fees, and paymentsMaintain accurate prospect and resident information in OneSiteAssist with resident questions and provide excellent customer serviceWork with the property management team to support occupancy and resident retention goals

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED requiredMinimum of 1 year of apartment leasing experienceWorking knowledge of OneSite property management softwareStrong customer service and communication skillsSales-oriented with strong follow-up skillsOrganized and detail-orientedProfessional, dependable, and team-focusedAbility to work in a fast-paced property management environment
