Description
Maintenance Mechanic
Newport Housing Authority / Neighborhood Foundations is seeking a qualified, full time apartment maintenance man or woman with strong skills to work in Newport KY.
The Maintenance Technician duties include:
- apartment turns
- general maintenance repairs
- prepping & painting units
- work orders as needed.
Some formal training in one of the following areas: carpentry, light plumbing, light electrical, painting or refurbishing is a plus.
General maintenance of exterior grounds and systems.
Willingness to pitch in and work in areas other than repair and maintenance.
Must possess a valid driver's license and be insurable.
Salary is based on your experience.
