What You'll DoAs a Property Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing daily community operations, supporting your team, and ensuring the property meets its operational and financial goals.

Lead, motivate, and supervise on-site leasing and maintenance teams to achieve community goals.Oversee leasing activities, renewals, and resident retention efforts to maintain strong occupancy.Build positive relationships with residents, address concerns, and provide exceptional customer service.Monitor rent collections, delinquency, and property financial performance.Conduct regular property inspections to ensure the community is clean, safe, and well-maintained.Coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of service requests and apartment make-readies.Review property reports, track performance, and meet deadlines established by regional management.Ensure lease agreements, community policies, and company procedures are consistently followed.Support marketing and leasing strategies to attract prospective residents and maintain competitive occupancy.

Qualifications:

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Property Manager in multifamily housing.High school diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.Working knowledge of property management software, such as OneSite.Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and customer service abilities.Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.A dependable, proactive, and team-oriented approach to property management.
