As we look carefully into God’s words our hearts open to the Creator who made us. God wants us to be righteous and holy, just as Himself. God has produced the Bible to show the way of finding the satisfaction and the contentment which we all seek, by trusting in the constant love of our Maker.
We are able to please God and be His children, walking in His light, by consuming the words of God every day. Just as bread and water nourishes our bodies, God’s words nourishes our hearts, minds, and souls. I have personally experienced this phenomenon over the course of my life’s seven decades. I can look and see the hand of God’s love, kindness, and mercy, protecting, providing, and watching over me from the day my life began. I hope that you also see the countless reasons to be grateful to our Maker, who cares for us with His unfathomable loving affection.
The Bible is God’s love story for mankind. It is the record of God developing a people who will love Him as He loves us. The Lord’s heart bleeds for us. Far more than any human can know, God cares deeply for each of us. He does not want any of us to die. God’s will is to save us from death so that we can live eternally with Him on a new earth, in a paradise greater than the Garden of Eden.
I hope that as you read this book you will also be nourished and your souls fed. I pray that your faith in God will grow into a source of life for you and yours that will never end. The reading of the Bible revives and strengthens the faith of Believers, and enlightens the minds and hearts of those who are seeking to know the true God.
God’ words are a “lamp unto our feet and a light unto our path.” (Psalm 119:105) Be nourished with the reading of God’s words. Let us together seek to live for God and to walk in His paths of righteousness, compassion and love. Accomplish this by earnestly seeking the Lord, reading and meditating upon the book He has written for us by chosen and anointed prophets and apostles. When we awake and throughout each day, be richly blessed in reading this book. Discover how great God’s is love for you and all mankind.

There are updates that amplify the principal Greek and Hebrew for deeper study, like the New American Standard and the Amplified Bible; and, then there are easy to read updates such as the New Living Bible.
