Positive Psychology is the scientific study of what makes life most worth living; for the purpose of enhancing human functioning and flourishing on multiple levels: biological, personal, relational, institutional, cultural, and physical. Positive psychology contributes to a well-lived, purposeful, resilient, and fulfilling life.
Resilience is the ability to adapt well and recover quickly after stress, adversity, trauma or tragedy. If you have a resilient disposition, you are better able to maintain poise and a healthy level of physical and psychological wellness in the face of life’s challenges.
