Military training is a great preparation to become a veteran business owner. The more successful USMM owners we create, the more veterans get hired with good wages. By changing the lives of a few US veterans, we change the lives of many US veterans.
I started my own maintenance business in 1970, when I was 20, married, and had a 2 -year old child. We were poor. I had to do something to change our life.
I began by purchasing a carpet cleaner for $500. That business quickly grew into complete cleanings of residential property and commercial accounts. Soon, I was employing teams of veterans to provide full-service maintenance of daily accounts. — My business grew to be a statewide Residential and Commercial maintenance company, California Commercial Maintenance. I had accounts from San Francisco to San Diego, a 600 mile stretch of business!
Now, I teach US veterans across the country how to do what I did: build a large, successful maintenance business. When we create successful veteran business owners, we duplicate the efforts of our non-profit, Patriotic Hearts, to secure good jobs for US veterans. We create jobs by creating successful US veteran business owners.
Mostly, we get our US veteran employees by working closely with veteran non-profits, the Labor Dept., the DoD, and the V.A. We often work with Wounded Warrior Project and employ their veterans.

Richard Hedges (US Army) lives in rural Kentucky. He has grown his business large enough to have employees, managers and supervisors. He can spend much of his time now fishing and camping. He has a family of 5 that he gets to spend a lot of time with too. Before, Richard was holding down 3 jobs to pay the bills and never got to see them much.
Joe Padlo is a former Marine Gunny. His USMM business is in Jacksonville, FL. He also started about 2 years ago. He now employs over 30 veterans and is rapidly becoming Jacksonville’s most popular Veteran businessman. His business is shooting up like a rocket!
Tasia Brick is still serving in the Navy Reserves; but, she is building a statewide USMM business in Colorado.
Chris Penwarden in Georgia has become the Prime contractor for several property management firms and has developed a team to serve them.
We have a lot of great veteran entrepreneurs on the USMM team (28) . They have become the teachers and mentors. You will become one too, as you develop. We are all walking Point for others that come behind us.
We ship you all your initial equipment: enough for you or your team to start cleaning for residential and commercial managers. We also build you a professional website, and provide marketing material. Then I teach you how to get started in this business and to make money right away. — I will always be available for you. But as I said, you are joining a TEAM of US Veterans. We all have eachothers’ “6.” That is the key to our successes.
Our US Military Maintenance owners make voluntary donations back to our program, so that we can continue to create more successful US Military Maintenance business owners, who will employ other veterans and pay them a good wage. Nothing else is asked of you, except to act in good faith and in a manner, that properly represents the highest virtues of the US military.
It takes a week to 10 days until you receive all your equipment, and website is built. During that time, we do some work together to get you prepared. I give you an extensive training. You will know exactly what to do and to say to start getting accounts right away.
Our object is for you to begin making money and employing other US veterans right away.
