Dear Employer,
You would benefit from the procurement of my serves as an employ due to my degree in physics and my previous work experiences. I worked for 7 years on military aircraft and have benefited greatly from the training I received there. I not only learned about the general mechanics of the aircraft, but of all the various programs that go into maintaining a squadron of aircraft. These include F.O.D. prevention, tool control, manual upkeep, and corrosion control. I also have experience in quality control, training, managing personnel, and assigning job tasks that fit with an individual’s capabilities. At the University of California, I elevated my understanding of electrical systems and coding. My BS in Physics insures that no matter the job, I can do it effectively and efficiently.
Thank you for your time. I hope to hear from you in the near future to find out how I could best assist your company in the fulfillment of their goals. As those goals will soon become my own.
Respectfully yours,
John Ross Phillips
Education
My course work has included the physics of the universe from the very small in quantum mechanics to the very large in cosmology. I also have experience with coding and electrical circuits.
I studied physics, chemistry, and calculus.
Experience
I was responsible for scheduled maintenance and inspections. I also removed and replaced major components such as engines, rotor heads, drive shafts, flight controls, and gear boxes. I also spent 13 months in Afghanistan supporting Operation Enduring Freedom. I worked on both CH-53E and Ch-53D aircraft.
