Patriotic Hearts primarily helps US veterans to do 2 things: Either to find a good job; or, to be a successful veteran business owner. We have united both of these efforts into one solution. We have started over 45 veterans into business in the last 4 years. And they are now employing veterans all across America at good wages.
We hold veterans’ recruiting events for companies that want to employ them, and have a veterans only job board: HirePatriots.com for those veterans that prefer being employees.
For US veterans that would prefer to own their own business, and to employ and work alongside other US veterans, we have created US Military Maintenance for them.
US Military Maintenance is not a franchise. We put veterans into independent business ownership. You will have the support of other USMM owners across the country. I have been creating successful business owners for 47 years. I will personally mentor you, step by step.
We will provide all of the equipment you need to start making money, a personal USMM website, training on how to get accounts, your sales pitch, your letter of introduction, marketing material, business plan, logos, graphics, certifications, Google ad words, … It takes 10 days to ship all of your equipment and to complete your website. You can start making money immediately after that. — We have several new owners for you to follow in their footsteps. For the first few months new USMM owners are averaging $10K a month. Then, once they have learned the ropes, you can also be mentored by those that are making $25K, $50K, and $100K a month.
Any veteran that follows our Steps to Success will indeed succeed. This is not rocket science. But it is a real business that needs to be managed well. If in your rank in the military you were in charge of a squad, platoon, or battalion then you already have what it takes. — Just like in your job in the military, follow the instituted procedures and all will be well. Our method for making you successful works, right out of the gate.
If you follow our plan, you will make a lot of money in this business. In return for showing you how, we ask for one thing in return: to employ as many work-ready US veterans as you can at good wages. (Of course, you can hire friends and family members too.) — Many of our workers get paid $25 an hour+. New workers start with a wage at least twice of that state’s minimum wage. — We want to honor our veterans and pay them a livable wage.
As the founder/ owner/ CEO you will earn many times more than any of your employees. Our expectations is that each owner will make between $70K and $150K in their first year. (This depends on if they keep their full time job, or jump in full time themselves.) — By the time you reach your third year our owners are making $50K to $100K a month.
