Crew Leader
We are a fast growing company introducing new floor finish technology to health care, education, government, and other commercial facilities in the Baltimore / Washington DC / Philadelphia area.
We are looking for a dependable, detail oriented person that can effectively lead an installation crew. This is an early entry position with opportunity to grow.
We are offering a competitive hourly wage plus daily productivity bonuses.
Requirements:
Dependable, Trustworthy, Detail Oriented, Punctual, Neat, Organized, Good Communication, Problem Solving and Leadership
A valid driver’s license is required. No DUI’s. Reliable Transportation.
Ability to lead a 2-3 man crew.
GSA Security clearance a real plus.
Background check required.
Some travel required.
The work is moderately physical. This is primarily second shift work. Typical start times are from 4-6 pm finishing up from midnight to 2 am.
Some weekends.
